Amber

After 4 years studying patisserie and 5+ years as a pastry chef at Heckfield Place and The Street Bakeshop, Amber founded Amber Cake Design to follow her passion for her favourite thing to make, cake!

Amber creates cake & cupcakes daily using local ingredients and flowers at Yvette’s Pantry in Carbis Bay, Cornwall.

Amber grew up between Cornwall and Spain, her style reflects this. She prides herself in using fresh, organic produce, delicious flavours and producing modern, classic designs.
