After 4 years studying patisserie and 5+ years as a pastry chef at Heckfield Place and The Street Bakeshop, I founded AMBER to follow my passion for cake. I create cake & cupcakes daily using local ingredients and flowers. Raised between Cornwall and rural Spain, my style reflects fresh, organic flavors and vibrant colours.

A lovely little sunny cake from last week ⛱️🐚 Vanilla inside & out, Swiss meringue buttercream using half light brown sugar and half white sugar to give the buttercream that natural sandy colour and the blue sea using @colour.mill in sky blue.
