Hello!

I'm Amber and I am originally from St.Ives in Cornwall and after living in Hampshire, Surrey and Southern Spain, I have returned to set up my cake business.

I studied Patisserie & Confectionary Level 2 + 3 at Farnborough College of Technology.

Since finishing college, I have worked over 7 years as a pastry chef at both award-winning Heckfield Place and The Street Bakeshop perfecting my skills.

I eventually decided that cake was my main passion and focus and that is when AMBER was born, now I’m living my literal dream making cakes, cupcakes and brownies every day using beautiful, local ingredients and flowers.

After growing up in a mix of Cornish seaside and beautiful rural Spain, I believe these landscapes have inspired my cake style, I specialize in fresh, ripe, organic flavours and beautiful colour palettes.
